According to recent reports from Hollywood Life, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been in a medically induced coma since she was found face down in a bathtub on Jan. 31, will be taken off of life support tomorrow.
The Feb. 11 date will mark the third anniversary of her mother Whitney Houston’s death. While the decision to remove Bobbi Kristina off of life support was a difficult one to make, a source close to the family said that the family is finding comfort in knowing that the decision to remove her off life support on the anniversary of Whitney’s passing will bond mother and daughter for eternity.
Yesterday, Brown’s aunts, uncles, and tons of fans attended a Shining A Light for Healing Vigil. The vigil was held at an amphitheater not far away from Emory Hospital where Bobbi Kristina remains. According to attendees, a rainbow appeared above the amphitheater as guest entered.
There were tons of speakers in attendance, including the local Mayor and Pastor who relayed messages of hope to the audience. Mayor Evelyn Wynn Dixon of Riverdale said:
“Praise the lord everyone. Forget that Bobby and Whitney are renowned artists. They are people and they hurt and bleed like us. It’s hard looking at a child on a ventilator, what to do if you take her off and she could’ve lived. No one knows what to do. On behalf of the city council, we got your back with prayers with whatever you do. Whatever troubles that Bobby had had, whether she never got over her mama, we pray for her.”
Bobby Brown’s siblings Tommy, Tina and Leola attended the vigil. Bobby decided to forgo the event. There is no report on what time Bobbi will be removed from life support.
We just hope that her family finds peace and healing. Many prayers.
