Bando, a startup social magazine app, is changing the way users receive the latest urban culture news. With two sections and a search option, Bando displays featured articles from your favorite news sources while its live section streams must-see tweets and Instagram posts.
As soon as the app is downloaded, 25 articles are linked to online sources such as Complex, HYPEBEAST, The FADER and Rap-Up. If you don’t have time to read everything at once, Bando makes it easy to save an article for later on the featured page.
Acting as a single timeline, users can also choose from six categories on the live feed to view relevant posts in: Arts and Photography, Music, Sports, Culture, Comedy and Trending Topics.
Some of Bando’s top users are in major cities like Washington D.C., New York, Los Angeles and Baltimore.
